CAT On-Road ECM Programming & Custom Tuning

3K Calibrations provides custom Caterpillar ECM programming and tuning for on-highway trucks throughout Canada and the USA. We support a wide range of Caterpillar truck engines used in highway, vocational, heavy-haul and commercial applications.

Custom CAT Calibration

Every calibration is built specifically for the engine, ECM, truck and operating requirements. Depending on the application, supported adjustments can include horsepower, torque delivery, throttle response, governed speed and other operating parameters.

Built for Working Trucks

Our CAT calibrations are designed around how the truck is actually used. Whether the truck is highway hauling, vocational, heavy-haul or another commercial application, we build the calibration around the engine and workload.

Remote Programming

Many supported Caterpillar on-road applications can be programmed remotely using a Windows laptop and the correct CAT communication equipment. If remote programming is not available for a specific application, we’ll confirm the correct programming method before you send anything.

Model Year Support

Support generally covers Caterpillar electronic on-highway engine applications from the 2000s through the end of Caterpillar’s North American on-highway engine production.

Support depends on the exact engine, ECM generation, engine serial number and truck application. If you are unsure whether your Caterpillar engine is supported, send us the truck information, engine serial number and a clear picture of the ECM label and we can confirm compatibility before programming.
