3K Calibrations provides custom Cummins ECM tuning for off-road and heavy equipment throughout Canada and the USA. We work with Cummins-powered excavators, dozers, loaders, forestry equipment, agricultural machinery and other industrial applications.
Custom Calibration
Every calibration is built around the specific engine, machine and application. Depending on the ECM and application, supported adjustments can include horsepower, torque delivery, throttle response, governed speed and other operating parameters.

Our calibrations are designed for equipment that works under load every day. The goal is strong, usable power and smooth torque delivery matched to how the machine is actually being used.
Remote Programming
Most supported Cummins off-road applications can be programmed remotely using a Windows laptop, compatible communication hardware and an internet connection. If you do not have the required equipment, we can provide a complete remote programming setup.

Programming Method
Most supported Cummins off-road applications can be programmed remotely. Our technician connects to your Windows laptop and handles the programming from start to finish.
Custom Calibration
Every calibration is built specifically for your engine, machine, application and operating requirements. Depending on the ECM and application, supported adjustments can include horsepower, torque delivery, throttle response, governed speed and other operating parameters.
Required Equipment
You will need a Windows laptop, reliable high-speed internet at the machine, and the correct communication device for the application.

No problem. We can ship you the laptop and communication equipment required to complete the tuning.
Programming Time
Most remote programming sessions take approximately 1–2 hours once the equipment is connected and ready.
What We Need
Send us the machine year and model, Cummins engine model, engine serial number and ECM information. A clear picture of the ECM label is helpful when available. We’ll confirm support and the correct programming method before getting started.
